At Bonneville Hot Springs Resort and Spa, select guest rooms feature private hot tubs filled with untreated, naturally mineralized water sourced directly from our springs. The water is chemical-free and comes directly from the natural source; however, we balance the pH as required by the state to maintain compliance and safe water conditions.

Because the water is untreated, it may contain naturally occurring bacteria. While many guests enjoy the benefits of natural mineral water without issue, certain individuals may be at higher risk. If you have heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, are pregnant, immunocompromised, under the influence of alcohol, or are taking antidepressants or heart related medications, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using the hot spring tubs.
